Regular Council Meeting <br />5-17-99 <br />Page 20 <br />First lZeading of Ordinance No. 99-18, entitled; "An emergency ordinance approving the <br />proposal to redraw the precinct boundaries within the Village of Mayfield." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Buckholtz, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Marquardt, Mrs. <br />Mills and Dr. Parker <br />NAYS: None <br />ABSTAIN: Mr. Fixler <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 99-18. <br />Council President Marquardt said this is regarding a request to reduce the amount of poll <br />workers. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Buckholtz, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Marquardt, Mrs. <br />Mills and Dr. Parker <br />NAYS: None <br />ABSTAIN: Mr. Fixler <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First 12eAd'ang of Ordinance No. 99-19, entitled; "An emergency ardinance approving an <br />agreement between the Village of Mayfield and the City of Willoughby Hills providing for the <br />consent of the installation of a traffic control device at the intersection of S.O.M. Center Road <br />and White Road." Introduced by 1Vlayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 99-19. <br />Mr. Busa asked why the Village must pay for the whole thing since it is half Willoughby Hills.
