. :a ..r . ... . ?.. <br />Regular Council Meeting . <br />1/16/95 <br />Page Eleven <br />forwarded to Planning and Zoning for their consideration. One being the complete <br />rewrite on fire suppression system requirements in the Village. They submitted to <br />Planning and Zoning a recommendation regulating hours for pick up and delivery in <br />retail areas (so as not to disturb the peace and quiet of residential neighbors.) They <br />recommended approval of an ordinance that regulates and provides for penalties for <br />anyone leaving an unattended child in an automobile in a public area. They <br />recommended amending the ordinance that regulates additions. The others will be <br />back on the agenda for next month's meeting for more consideration. <br />Planning and Zoning, - Mr. Ferrante said there will be a meeting this Thursday, January <br />19. <br />Recreation Board - Mr. Buckholtz said the meeting is scheduled for this Wednesday, so <br />he has no report. <br />Sewer Liaison Committee - Mr. Buckholtz said they are scheduled to meet February 1st <br />with Mr. Brueggeman. They will begin to go over the facts and figures for the North <br />County Trunk. : <br />Firemens D=endents Fund - Mr. Flynn said the members of the Firemens Dependent <br />Fund (Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Flynn, Capt. Jamieson from the Fire Department and jim <br />Plastine representing the citizenry of the Village) met. They had no business to take up <br />at this time. They still have one widow (Mrs. Friedel) who participates in this particular <br />fund. They had no further business other than the election of officers. Mr. Flynn was elected Chairman; Capt. Jamieson, Secretary. . <br />Third Reading of Ordinance No. 94-55, entitled; "An ordinance providing for tax revenue <br />sharing with the Mayfield District Schools, with conditions." Introduced by Mayor Rinker <br />and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 12/19/94; Second Reading & Amended 1/2/95.) <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 94-55. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mr. Buckholtz, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante and Mr. Fixler <br />NAYS: Mr. Busa, Mr. Flynn Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Mayor Rinker said this has generated a certain amount of controversy. He is more than <br />happy to meet with residents, individually, but he would encourage some kind of <br />neighborhood meeting to discuss this issue.
