Regular Council Meeting : <br />4/24/95 <br />Page Thirteen <br />they get a walk through. Mr. Chokel referred him to Mr. Dolence. He thinks if we <br />could get Gil Kostelec and Greg Dolence and do a walk through. They could <br />evaluate what it looks like based on the original projection, evaluate where we are. <br />There is bonafide dead material in there. He thinks we could get some results while <br />it is planting season. <br />Mayor Rinker said as far as what they had committed to, it was never a question that <br />they would complete that. He was hearing that they were going to add to what is <br />there. He is waiting to get an update on a plant list. A walk through is the easiest <br />way to do it. He will get Gil lined up. <br />Third Reading of Ordinance No. 95-08, entitled; "An emergency ordinance <br />amending Chapter 1383 of the Codified Ordinances relative to automatic Fire <br />Suppression Equipment." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />(First Reading 2/10/95, Second Reading & Amended 3/20/95.) <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 95-08 as <br />amended. <br />Mrs. Cinco said there was a question about the ordinance being amended. She <br />thought Chief Mohr thought it might require the community to be sprinkled. <br />Mr. Samac said that would not cause that to happen. He thought Chief Mohr <br />wanted the ordinance to have three readings in case there were any objections or <br />comments--to ensure everyone had an opportunity to address the items in the <br />ordinance. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak <br />must first state their name and address. This open portion is limited to discussion <br />pertaining to the items under "Old Business" only. <br />Bruce Konieczny, 6735 Thorna??le, said everything from Representative <br />LaTourette's office and from Mayor Rinker and everybody here about the North <br />County Trunk line is th. The city is paying for this; 386 people are. Everything <br />said that Mayfield Village is a wealthy Village. He knows a lot of people on his <br />street are retired and can't pay for it.
