Regular Council Meeting <br />4/24/95 <br />Page Eighteen <br />Mayor Rinker said Gus had broken this up into three separate expenditures. The <br />contract had been broken down into the Village Hall and the ball field, then we added <br />the cemetery. Mayor Rinker quoted from Gus' memo that Classic does an excellent job; <br />we are aware of only one resident who ever complained. <br />Council members said they had no problems with it; it must be done now. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />A motion to authorize an exnenditure of $9,999 to Adler's for softball equiTment <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br /> <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to authorize an expenditure of <br />$9,999 to Adler's for softball equipment. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />? <br />? <br />A motion to authorize the Clerk of Council to advertise for the re]2air and resurfa" <br />of Village streets (concrete, asphalt, cracksealing & rejuvenation) <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize the Clerk of Council to <br />advertise for bids for the repair and resurfacing of Village streets (concrete, asphalt, <br />cracksealing and rejuvenation.) <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Authorization Given <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 95-13, entitled: "A resolution petitioning the Ohio <br />General Assembly to adopt Homestead Exemption Reform as embodied in HB117, <br />the 1996-97 Ohio Biennial Budget." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 95-13. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted
