Introduced by Mayor Rinker <br />and Council as a whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Buckholtz, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Busa asked Planning and Zoning's pleasure. <br />Mr. Ferrante said they are not in favor of it. They wanted red and blue. No one <br />voted in favor of it. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: None <br />NAYS: All <br />Motion Not Carried <br />Resolution Failed <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 95-15, entitled; "A resolution granting a variance to <br />Revco Drug from the maximum size requirements for their sign." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 95-15. <br />Mr. Ferrante said the Planning and Zoning Commission had no problem with the <br />size. It went from 18" to 24". <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Busa, Mr. Buckholtz, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Flynn <br />NAYS: Mr. Basile Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 95-16, entitled; "A resolution of condolence and <br />support for the victims, their families, and the rescue workers involved in the <br />Oklahoma City bombing." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Ferrante asked if Council wants to set a dollar amount now.
