Regular Council Meeting <br />4/24/95 <br />Page Twenty-one <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br /> <br /> <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 95-18. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 95-19, entitled; "An emergency resolution awarding <br />the structural steel package for the new Fire Station to Pro-Fab." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 95-19. <br />Mayor Rinker said we are talking about one phase of the project that is the most <br />open ended. It was nice to see that we got $50,000 under the budget. That is due, in <br />no small part, earlier we laid the foundation for this in a number of ways. Not the <br />least of which was Tom Cappello's work, coordinating with EDP; those are the kinds <br />of things that gave us an opportunity to spec it out well. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 95-21, entitled; "An emergency ordinance <br />authorizing the purchase of a John Deere MTD." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
