Regular Council Meeting <br />4/24/95 <br />Page Twenty-two <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 95-21. <br />Mrs. Cinco said this is what Gus wanted and it is in his budget. The Finance and <br />Safety Service Committees have approved this item. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 95-22, entitled; "An emergency ordinance <br />authorizing the Mayor to advertise for bids for a new pickup truck with trade in." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 95-22. <br />Mr. Diemert said Truck #7 is not the one the Fire Department has. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 95-23, entitled; "An emergency ordinance amending <br />section 351.99, relative to the penalty for illegal parking in a fire lane." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended
