MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />May 15,1995 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in regular session on Monday, May 15, 1995, at <br />8:10 p.m. in the Mayfield Village Community Room. Council President Mark Fixler <br />presided. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Buckholtz, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Fixler and Mr. Flynn <br />Absent: Mr. Basile, Mr. Busa, Mr. Ferrante <br />Also Present: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Amendola, Mr. Brett, Mr. Cappello, <br />Mr. Diemert, Mr. Hovancsek, Chief Mohr, Mr. Samac, <br />Chief Stevens (a portion of the mtg), and Miss Heath <br />Re?ular Council Meeting - April 24, 1995 - Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Buckholtz, <br />made a motion to approve the minutes. <br />Mr. Fixler said he has reviewed the minutes and has spoken to people who were in <br />attendance. He is comfortable that they are fine. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Mayor Rinker said he had asked Mr. Hovancsek to invite a number of public <br />officials here this evening. He had hoped to have a full Council. He asked if they <br />could skip right to discussion about the North County Line. <br />Council President Fixler said that is a good idea. He said there are only 4 members <br />of Council present, so any emergency ordinances that may have been considered <br />will 'have to be placed on first reading. Mr. Fixler said two Council members are on <br />vacation; he received a phone call that a third Council member is ill. He said they <br />want to take a moment to address those who came regarding the North County Line <br />Trunk project. He had a very productive meeting with members of the Steering <br />Committee last week. He looks at where this all started and where we are today. He
