Regular Council Meeting <br />6/19/95 <br />Page 16 <br />Mr. Cappello said we re-prioritized the areas if Council wants to cap at $100,000, <br />they will work in square yards. <br />Mr. Fixler asked if any streets will be adversely affected--are there any that can't <br />wait until next year? <br />Mr. Cappello said they might not want to do Aintree Park since some lighting <br />may be done. <br />Mr. Fixler said this is a per unit quote, so we do not have to re-bid. <br />Mayor Rinker said they will be working on the Aintree Park Apartments also. <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to amend Ordinance No. <br />95-32 by capping the total expenditure at $100,000. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Amended <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Oaths of Office - New Recreation Board Members <br />Mayor Rinker administered oaths of office to Michele Buckholtz, Jean Fernandez <br />and Ralph Vitale as members of the Recreation Board for a two-year term to <br />expire December 31, 1996. <br />Executive Session <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to recess into Executive <br />Session to discuss personnel matters. <br />It was the consensus of Council that it would not be necessary to hold an <br />Executive Session. <br />Mr. Ferrante and Mr. Basile withdrew their motions.
