SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />JUNE 29, 1995 <br />(following Tax Budget Hearing at 7:30 P.M.) <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Special Session on Thursday, June 29, 1995, <br />at 7:32 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Village Hall. Council President Mark Fixler <br />presided. <br />17 <br />? <br />?J <br />Roll Call: Present: Mr. Buckholtz, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, and <br />Mr. Fixler <br />Absent: Mr. Basile and Mr. Flynn <br />Also Present Were: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Brett, Chief Mohr, and Miss Heath. (Mr. <br />Tim Panzica was also present.) <br />A motion to authorize the expenditure of $9 240 to Pavement Technology, Inc. for <br />rejuvenation of various asphalt streets <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize the expenditure <br />of $9,240 to Pavement Technology, Inc. for rejuvenation of various asphalt streets. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />A motion to authorize the Mayor and President of Council to enter into a contract <br />with Wichert Insurance for Public Officials Liability Insurance in the amount of <br />60 652.00 <br /> <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize the Mayor and <br />President of Council to enter into a contract with Wichert Insurance for Public <br />Officials Liability Insurance in the amount of $60,652.00. <br />Mr. Brett explained they tried to do this piecemeal at the last meeting and neglected <br />to put this one on. We did not have the final numbers until this morning. He <br />would like to get renewal for another year. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 95-36, entitled; "An emergency ordinance adopting a <br />tax budget for the Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the year 1996." Introduced by Mayor <br />Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />J <br />?
