<br />335 <br />Special Council Meeting - - <br />8/28/95 <br />Page 11 <br />Mr. Buckholtz, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 95-34. <br />Council President Fixler asked if everyone was aware of the findings of the Assessment <br />Equalization Board and comfortable with them. <br />? No one expressed and questions or concerns. <br />M Roll Call: AYES: All <br />? NAYS: None Motion Carried_ <br />z Resolution Adopted <br />? First Reading of Ordinance No. 95-68, entitled; "An ordinance determining to proceed <br />with the improvement of certain properties in Mayfield Village by constructing <br />sanitary sewers, together with service connectiaris therefor and necessary <br />appurtenances thereto, in Worton Park Drive, North Woodlane Drive, Woodlane <br />Drive, South Woodlane Drive, and Norman Lane, between certain termini, and <br />declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to .suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />1Vlotion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Buckholtz, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 95-68. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Adopted <br />Council President Fixler said before we go ahead with the next one, he would like Chief <br />Mohr's input on the agreement. <br />Chief Mohr said the Nextel agreement was sent back to the Law Department today. In <br />principle, we have an agreement--he is comfortable with it and they are comfortable <br />with it. He thinks it is about 98% correct at this point. <br />Council President Fixler asked if they could go ahead and do this with the <br />understanding we don't have a firm contract.
