So, from that <br />standpoint, there is no problem with whatever Council chooses. <br />Mr. Diemert read the motion to amend as follows: <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to amend Section 3(e) of <br />Resolution No. 95-33 (regarding the rates) to reflect the 1994 rates. <br />i <br />Roll Call: AYES: All ; <br />NAYS: None ?
