382 <br />Regular . Council Meeting <br />11/20%95 ' . . <br />Page Four <br />M.A.R.C - Mrs. Cinco said the committee met November 2. The art show was very <br />well received. All the programs are going great. They want to start a program that <br />would fit in between basketball and the ninth grade varsity basketball. They are <br />looking for a coach for 7th and 8th graders on Sunday afternoons and possibly <br />Monday nights. <br />Ordinance Review Committee - Mr. Samac said they will met November 14. They <br />discussed a proposed ordinance change involving a procedure for appeals on <br />violations. The Ordinance Review Committee recommends the ordinance be <br />passed on as submitted and reviewed by Ordinance Review and Planning and <br />Zoning. It probably won't happen until January. <br />Planning and Zoning - Mr. Ferrante said the Commission met November 6. The <br />only item on the agenda was Building B, 731 Beta Drive. After a lengthy discussion, <br />it was recommended that the Commission take a vote to recommend that Council <br />approve it. The motion was made and seconded and everyone voted yes. Mr. <br />Ferrante said there was also some discussion on some of the issues that were on the <br />ballot. <br />Recreation Board - Mr. Buckholtz said the Board met last Wednesday, the 15th. <br />Members of the Board met with the girls softball commissioner from Highland <br />Heights and are planning on doing a cooperative league again. The Craft Show is <br />coming up this Saturday, November 25, from 9:30 to 4:30. The Christmas Party is <br />planned for December 16. <br />Sewer Liaison Committee - 1VIr. Buckholtz said they have held a couple of ineetings <br />with residents, the Mayor and Tom Cappello. Every one is gearing up for the home <br />owners association meeting on December 5. Residents are working amongst <br />themselves to educate themselves on t11e importance of the dye testing and getting <br />their lateral contractors in order. <br />U12date - Worton Park - Mr. Cappello said the contractor has returned the contracts <br />to be signed by the Village. Marra plans to videotape and schedule their crews to do <br />site clearing of the right-of-way at the beginning of December. We should begin <br />dye testing residents homes on Worton Park around the beginning of December. <br />Mayor Rinker said Bernie and Tom have pu,f together a letter that will go out to the <br />residents. There is a cover letter that explains it all. He has added a note explaining <br />that this is not an official inspection.
