..;,7,.:?..t•;ttra:,.-f?r•.,, 3i?r?fr:'?n'x:erc»?;it;? <br />399 <br />Regular Council Meeting . <br />12/18/95 <br />Page Nine <br />Roll Call: AYES: Mr. Buckholtz, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Fixler <br />and Mr. Flynn <br />NAYS: None <br />(D ABSTAIN: Mr. Basile Motion Carried <br />M Resolution Adopted <br />co <br />Q Resolution No. 95-49, entitled; "A resolution of appreciation to Lawrence Flynn." <br />z Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />c Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 95-49. <br />Mayor Rinker read the resolution. <br />Council President Fixler said the cooperation he has received from both Sandy and <br />Larry is greatly appreciated and invaluable. Larry took me under his wing and <br />explained the finance innerworkings of Mayfield Village as well as many of the other <br />issues. Sandy has helped me understand the wants and needs of Ward One. Council <br />President Fixler said not only for himself, but he believes he is speaking for all of his <br />colleagues--we really do appreciate everything you have done for us. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mr. Buckholtz, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante <br />and Mr. Fixler <br />NAYS: None <br />ABSTAIN: Mr. Flynn <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak <br />must first state their name and address. This open portion is limited to discussion <br />pertaining to the items under "New Business" only. <br />A gentleman in the audience said on the Browns issue--why not go door to door to <br />take collections for the Browns--you could probably raise more than $1,000--instead <br />of throwing a grand out the door. <br />Mayor Rinker said we have some orange cards and he will see if we have enough to <br />distribute them to all residents.
