Center to North Chagrin Commons Boulevard
Mr. Diemert asked if the Village Engineer was able to come up with an agreement on the location of
that road.
Mr. Hovancsek said yes. The flood plain is noted on the plan and it can be shifted approximately
50' to the south with the exact same configuration that it has. He spoke with the architect for
Progressive and he concurred that if it could move into the same spot on their site it would not be a
problem. The flood plain is farther north thaxi he thought it might be. Fifty feet would take us to the
edge of the flood plain and he suggests we do that. It is acceptable to Progressive's architect to do
that also.
Mr. Diemert said if it is acceptable to Council, we should have a motion to approve the location of
the S.O.M.
