Center access road. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Agenda Amended <br />Mr. Buckholtz, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to approve the location of the access road <br />from S.O.M. Center to the North Chagrin Commons Boulevard (as amended by Council.) <br />Mr. Diemert said the Engineer has the plan that Council will look at. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said we both initialed the same document. <br />Mr. Bialosky noted the document is inscribed BPA A lOlA. <br />Mr. Diemert said this will suffice for the motion; he will bring a resolution to the next Council <br />meeting. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Approval Granted <br />Site Plan Approval - Progressive Insurance <br />Council President Fixler said a Council motion to approve the Progressive site plan as indicated with <br />the road. <br />Mr. Diemert said this is more than just a roadway. We are talking about the location of buildings. <br />Mr. Bialosky showed Council a drawing of Phase One. The access roadway from S.O.M. is shown <br />in its southernmost location. It will move 50' further to the south so it will have the edge ofthe <br />flood plain here. [He indicated the location on the map.] The first ,phase construction consists of <br />two office buildings-both approximately 200,000 square feet, and including a basement-5 stories <br />high. It includes a fitness center of 15,000 square feet. Amenities include a dining facility, visitor's <br />center and cooling plant. Mr. Bialosky indicated on the map where parking arrangements are shown. <br />Mr. Diemert said the site plan was already approved the by Planning & Zoning Commission. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mrs. Mills, ma.de a motion to approve the site plan. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Site Plan Approved
