<br /> <br />Regular Council Meefiing <br />2-16-98 <br />Page 7 <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 98-06 contingent upon <br />approval of the Planning & Zoning Commission. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />(with contingency) <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 98-07; entitled, "An emergency ordinance approving the <br />dedication plat of Chagrin Commons Boulevard." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole. <br />Mr. Diemert asked Mrs. Roman to read the title of Ordinance No. 98-07. <br />Mrs. Roman read the title (as it appears above.) <br />Mr. Diemert noted the title that appeared on the agenda was incorrect. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 98-07. <br />Mr. Diemert said this has to do with rights-of-way we are withholding and dividing up. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 98-08; entitled, "An emergency ordinance authorizing an <br />agreement with Progressive Resource Services Company, formerly known as Transportation <br />Recoveries, Inc., as and for the purchase of a parcel of real property located on S.O.M. Center Road, <br />consisting of approximately 59.5 acres." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole.
