Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 98-10. <br />Dr. Parker said this development agreement is to be as we amended it [in Executive Session.] <br />Mr. Diemert requested a motion to amend Ordinance No. 98-10 to substitute the development <br />agreement that will be drafted to reflect the changes agreed upon during the Executive Session. Mr. <br />Diemert said the final development agreement will have a"#4" at the bottom. <br />Mr. Buckholtz, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to amend Ordinance No. 98-10 to include <br />the changes in the development agreement made during Executive Session. Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Buckholtz, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
