URS Greiner needs their input. <br />Council President Fixler questioned if we had information to bring up, why it wasn't brought up <br />during the motion to table. He is not aware of any mechanism to bring it baclc tonight. <br />Mr. Diemert said a motion to remove an item from the table would be in order any tirne. <br />Mayor Rinker said they had believed there was no legislation. <br />Mr. Diemert has the original legislation and a faxed copy. <br />I Council President Fixler said the motion must be specifically to amend the agenda to consider a <br />particular piece of legislation [Ordinance 98-17; authorizing the Mayor to enter into an <br />agreement with Brandstetter Carroll Zofcin]; there will be no discussion. <br />Mr. Marquardt, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to amend the agenda to consider <br />Ordinance No. 98-17. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Agenda Amended <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 98-17, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing the Mayor <br />to enter into an agreement with Brandstetter Carroll Zofcin, Inc. as and for engineering services <br />for the Recreation Complex in the Northwest Quadrant of the Village of Mayfield."
