Regular Council Meeting 6-15-98 Page 9 First Reading of Resolution No. 98-10; entitled, "An emergency resolution declaring the necessity for providing for the payment of street lighting and the improvement or installation of additional lighting by special assessment of all parcels benefited." Mr. Busa, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 98-10. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted First Reading of Ordinance No. 98-26; entitled, "An emergency ordinance to appropriate a fee simple interest in and to the premises known as permanent parcel nos. 831-5-27, 831-5-28, 831-5-29, 831-5-30, 831-5-31, 831- 5-44, 831-5-45, 941-5-46, 831-5-48 for public street purposes." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Cinco, Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
