We were originally concerned we might have to come up with concessions for <br />Progressive to go along with the TIF; we don't have to do that now. <br />A brief discussion was held. <br />Mr. Busa said he has confidence in Mr. Brett and his ability to negotiate. We have garnered a commitment from Goldberg to enter into a similar agreement <br />Mr. Busa said Progressive is asking for this? <br />Council President Fixler said absolutely not; Mayfield Village is asking. <br />Mr. Busa asked if the School Board has a copy of this information and approves or agrees? <br />Mr. Brett said the School Board, per law, was given a written notice 14 days ago. They were given <br />copies of this ordinance, etc. They were also notified prior to getting that legal notice. He sat down <br />1First Reading of ®rdinance 98-33, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing an amendment <br />to the development agreement entered into with Progressive Casualty Insurance Company." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by I~r.
