Mr. Marquardt, seconded by, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in an amount of $8,965.05 to Argent Consulting Services, Inc. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Expenditure Authorized First Reading of Resolution No. 98-16, entitled; "A resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Buckholtz, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 98-16. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted First Reading of Resolution No 98-17, entitled; "A resolution declaring it necessary to construct North Chagrin Commons Boulevard and Chagrin Commons Parkview Boulevard, each between certain termini, by grading, draining excavating, paving with concrete and constructing a bicycle path, curbs, water mains, sanitary sewers, service connections, valves, fire hydrants, storm sewers, catch basins, manholes and vaults, all as more specifically described in the plans of the Village's consulting engineer and together with the necessary appurtenances thereto." ~ntl~oduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole.
