Regular Council Meeting <br />11/16/98 <br />Page 7 - <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 98-37, entitled; "An ordinance appropriating funds for current <br />expenses & expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period from January 1, 1998 and ending <br />December 31, 1998 and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 98-37. <br />Mr. Brett said he explained to the Finance Committee that this involves an increase in the transfer to <br />the Parkview Pool Fund of $500,000 and some minor increases in the Worton Park Sewer Fund. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />- NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first state <br />their name and address. This open portion is limited to discussion pertaining to the items under <br />"New Business" only. <br />There were no comments. <br />ANY OTHER MATTER THAT MAY COME BEFORE COUNCIL <br />There were no other matters before Council. <br />CLOSING COMMENTS <br />Chief Mohr said he spoke to Ed Pruzinsky from AT&T/Lucent to confirm everything is included <br />and there will be no "extras". Mr. Pruzinsky confirmed that everything is inclusive in that price. <br />Mrs. Mills questioned if they will be able to complete the sidewalk on Wilson Mills. <br />Mayor Rinker said it was made a condition of the legislation--that it be completed by December <br />1~`. He questioned if that was conveyed clearly enough. He intends to write a follow up letter. <br />He asked that the Engineer be sure to convey that message. <br />
