Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 98-18. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 98-20, entitled; "An emergency resolution designating certain <br />fmancial institutions as depositories for interim funds of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the two (2) year <br />period commencing with January 1, 1999, authorizing depository agreements with said institutions." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a <br />resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Busa questioned if the Village had researched this. <br />Mr. Brett said we cleared out an account of $90,000 with one institution because they weren't able to <br />come up with the documents.
