Regular Council Meeting <br />12/21/98 <br />Page 9 , <br />Mr. Diemert said the-policy has been if someone has business at Village Hall, then they should go to <br />the Police Department, and when the dispatcher realizes they need to do business, they will bring our <br />personnel down to them. <br />ANY OTHER MATTER THAT MAY COME BEFORE COUNCIL <br />There were no additional matters before Council. <br />CLOSING COMMENTS <br />Mrs. Mills questioned what they were doing at the old pump station at Beech Hill. <br />Mr. Cappello said they replaced the mulch at the bio-filter to help remove the odor. <br />Mr. Metzung reported the above ground petroleum tanks are functioning and the old tanks are being <br />removed. <br />Dr. Parker requested Mr. Brett let him know when the next trash meeting will be. Dr. Parker asked <br />Mr. Hovancsek to make sure he is aware of the meeting. <br />Mr. Busa said someone must tell the Progressive people not to park semis and low-boys (loaded <br />trucks) on the bike path on SOM Center Road. <br />Mr. Brett said the Police has ticketing power. <br />Sgt. Det. Smith and Mr. Metzung asked people to call either the Police Department or Mr. Metzung <br />when this occurs. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business, Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adjourn. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:22 p.m. <br /> <br />
