Regular Council Meeting <br />July 19, 1999 <br />Page 8 <br />A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $3,650 to Diamond-Fence Company. <br />Mr. Buckholtz, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of <br />$3,650 to Diamond Fence Company. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />A motion authorizing the Mayor and President of Council to enter into an agreement with <br />Pavement Technology, Inc. for the 1999 road program in the amount of $28,303.50. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion authorizing the Mayor and President of Council to <br />enter into an agreement with Pavement Technology, Inc. for the 1999 road program in the amount of <br />$28,303.50. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Authorization Given <br />A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $28,320 to Clock Electric for service <br />garage emergency generator. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. -Cinco, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of <br />$28,320 to Clock Electric. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />A motion to authorize the Mayor and President of Council to enter into an agreement with <br />King Excavating in the amount of $180,227.20. <br />Mr. Diemert recommended Council suspend the .rules and enact legislation for this item. (It was <br />advertised for bid; this is the lowest bid.) <br />Mrs. Roman said the next Ordinance number is 99-25. <br />Mr. Diemert read the legislation in title: <br />First Iaeadin~ of Ordinance No. 99-25, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing the Mayor <br />and President of Council to enter into an agreement with King Excavating as and for wetlands <br />mitigation and storm management Phases I and II." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole. <br />
