(It was <br />advertised for bid; this is the lowest bid.) <br />Mrs. Roman said the next Ordinance number is 99-25. <br />Mr. Diemert read the legislation in title: <br />First Iaeadin~ of Ordinance No. 99-25, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing the Mayor <br />and President of Council to enter into an agreement with King Excavating as and for wetlands <br />mitigation and storm management Phases I and II." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole. <br />
