Special Council Meeting <br />9-13-99 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br /> <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 99-31, entitled; "An ordinance to provide for the issuance-and <br />sale of $200,000 of notes of Mayfield Village, Ohio, in anticipation of issuance of bonds to pay <br />costs of constructing facilities for storm water management and wetlands preservation, and <br />declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Buckholtz, made a motion~to suspend the-rules of Council <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to enact Ordinance.No. 99-31. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Executive Session (to discuss real estate matters) <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Ilacqua, made a motion to recess into Executive Session to discuss <br />real estate matters. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Council went into Executive Session at 8:17 p.m. <br />Council reconvened at 9:34 p.m. <br />Council President Marquardt said he would like to entertain a motion to amend the agenda for <br />the purpose of introducing ordinance numbers 99-27 and 99-28; (99-28 is relative to the purchase <br />of the Church.) <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Buekholtz, made a motion to amend the agenda as stated above. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Agenda Amended <br />First Reading of Ordinance No.. 99-27, entitled; "Ari emergency ordinance authorizing the <br />Mayor to enter into a lease for the real property known as 386 S.O.M.
