Regular Council Meeting 12-13-99 Page 21 i1 1 [1 Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Expenditure Authorized ^ Whitehaven Cemetery -Mausoleum Building (Reports) Mrs. Mills said they have been before the Architectural Review Board and the Planning and Zoning Commission. She asked if the Architectural Review Board approved it. Mr. Wilson, Architectural Review Board member in the audience, said yes, with the understanding that if they build another one that it matches that one; not the original--so there's some symmetry there. Mrs. Mills said this was on the agenda to bring Council up-to-date on what was happening; a vote is not required. ^ A motion to approve the vacation/consolidation plat for Midvale Avenue Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Ilacqua, made a motion to approve the vacation/consolidationpfat for Midvale Avenue. Council President Marquardt said as Mayor Rinker explained this is the elimination of the Midvale roadway from the property plat. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Approval Given ^ A motion to grant preliminary site plan approval to Governor's Village for an Assisted Living Facility contingent upon the Corps of Engineers' approval on the wetlands Linda Butler, in the audience, said as acting President of the Wetlands Committee, does this affect the Wetlands that we have preserved? We have not been consulted on this. Mrs. Mills said we have to get the permit from the Corps of Engineers and they will decide what has to be mitigated, if anything. This is why it is contingent upon this. Mayor Rinker clarified that we aren't getting the permit. Mrs. Mills said no, we aren't getting the permit, Governor's Village is getting the permit from the Corps of Engineers. He must present it to Mr. Hovancsek's office and then it must come back to this body for approval.
