Regular Council Meeting 12-13-99 Page 23 Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 99-43. Mr. Brett said we discussed this at Caucus. He is open for any other questions. This is what he hopes is the final appropriation ordinance for 1999. He has laid out specific changes in the memo he gave to Council two weeks ago. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted First Reading of Ordinance No. 99-44, entitled; "An ordinance appropriating funds for current expenses & expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period from January 1, 2000 and ending March 31, 2000 and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. Mr. Brett said this is the temporary appropriation ordinance which allows the Village to operate until the fmal appropriations for the year 2000 are approved in April (or in late March.) Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted First Reading of Ordinance No. 99-45, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing a change order with payment not to exceed $44,500.00 to Caputo-Martini Construction Company."
