December 31, 1986. <br />John Wilson Architectural Review Board December 31, 1985 <br />Noboru Asamoto Architectural Review Board December 31, 1985 <br />Robert Schulte Planning and Zoning Commission December 31, 1987 <br />William Marquardt Givil Service Commission December 31, 1988 <br />Ma.yor Beebe stated Council has received correspondence from him regarding <br />the Recreation Committee appointments to be made.. He has sent letters to <br />the appointees asking them to attend the Regular Meeting of Council, January <br />17, to be sworn in. Mayor Beebe asked for Council's conf irmation .of the <br />appointments to be made, per the list they received. <br />Mr. Carmen, seconded by Mrs. B1oom, made a motion to accept the Mayor's <br />appointments to the Recreation Committee. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Appointments Confirmed <br />Mayor Beebe said at this time he would like to open the meeting to Council <br />for nominations for Coian.cil Presidency. <br />Mr. Spellman, seconded by Mx• Flynn, noininated Mr. Vince J. Busa as Council <br />President. <br />Mayor Beebe asked if there were any further nominations. <br />There were none. <br />Mr:. Spellman, seconded by Mr. Flynn,,made a motion to close the nominations, <br />nominating Mr. Busa as Council President. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Carmen, Etzler, Flynn, Spellma.n, Mrs..Bloom and <br />Mrs. Hanus NAYS: None <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: Mr. Busa .
