Bloom <br /> Mr. Carmen - Alternate <br />Recreation Mrs. Hanus - Alternate <br /> Mr. Flynn - Alternate <br />Planning & Zoning Council Rep. Mr. Carmen <br /> Mr. Busa - Alternate <br />Cemetery Mr. Etzler. <br /> Mrs. Bloom -Alternate <br />Safety & Service Committee Mr. Spellman <br /> Mr. Flynn <br /> Mr. Carmen <br /> Mrs. Bloom - Alternate <br />Finance Committee Mr. Spellman <br /> NIr. Flynn . <br /> Mrs. Hanus <br /> Mrs. Bloom - Alternate <br />Mr. Busa stated committees consisting of two or more members shall elect <br />their own chairman. <br />All committees are required to prepare minutes and submit to the Clerk of <br />Council for distribution and in addition to an oral report to Council at each <br />Regular Meeting. <br />CLOSING COMMENTS <br />Mr. Hovancsek reported he subinitted the plans and specifications for the paving <br />of Beechers Brook and Beech Hill to the Clerk of Council and the Mayor. <br />Mr. George Goley - 855'LaAder - said he is somewhat confused why Council rejected <br />an opportunity to receive additional tax revenue. He also did not understand <br />their feeling of rejection to receive federal funding to help with the Community <br />Room. He does not feel Council understands what is important to Village residentsv <br />There being no further comments, Council went into Executive Session at 10:20 p.m. <br />Council reconvened at 10:50 p.m. <br />
