He suggested it be checked in.to with the <br />company doing the recodification of our codified ordinances. <br />Ordinance 83-1, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE.AMENDING SECTION 971.11(d) OF THE <br />CODIFIED ORDINANCES SO AS TO ESTABLISH A WAIVER PROCEDURE THROUGH THE <br />VIOLATIONS BUREAU OF LYNDHURST MUNICIPAL COURT AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.:" <br />Introduced by Mayor Robert G. Beebe. . <br />Mr. Feneli suggested this ordinance be plaeed on first reading.
