<br />1R <br />Council agreed. <br />Mr. Busa said Council requests the Finance Department not pay that bill. <br />Charter Supplement Order <br />Mayor Beebe explained our supply of Charters is depleted. Willoughby Printing <br />estimated a cost of $250.00 to reproduce 200 copies of the Charter including <br />an insert listing the Charter amendments. <br />Council agreed this should be done. <br />T.Tl-iito Rnnrl <br />Mr. Hovancsek reported he would have the information on the repavement of <br />White Road with Wilson Mills next week. He will give a report at the next <br />Council meeting. <br />Mrs. Bloom said there were no dollar figures listed on the November 10 letter <br />regarding the project. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said the approximate cost of asphalt per ton raill be $26.00 -$28.00. <br />Metro Park - Expansion of Solar'Interceptive Center - Violation of Code <br />Mr. Amendola said he does not think the Village has jurisdiction over the park <br />area. He received a phone call from the Metro Park attorney.and was informed <br />that it is up to the State. <br />Mr. Busa commented he felt the Park should still comply with Village codes. <br />Discussion was held. <br />Mayor Beebe questioned what rights the Village has to require their compliance <br />with other Village rules such as to parades etc. <br />Mra Feneli to research the matter. <br />Ordinance 82-53, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE ENACTING SECTION 331.39 OF THE CODIFIED <br />ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, ENTITLED: "TIME AND ATTENTION." Introduced <br />by Council President Spellman. <br />Mr. Busa said this ordinance was given f irst reading .Tuly, 1982 asking if Council <br />wanted to give it consideration for passage. <br />Council agreed this ordinance was tabled because similar legislation exists. <br />Resolution 82-64, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INCREASE OF THE SPEED <br />LIMIT ON BETA DRIVE FROM 25 MILES PER HOUR TO 35 MILES PER HOUR AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor and Council. <br />Mr. Busa said this resolution was also given first reading in July, 1982 asking <br />if Council wanted to consider it for passage. <br />Mayor Beebe said he thought this was determined to be a Mayor/Police Chief <br />decision.
