32 <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Amendola said there was no requirement for a <br />meeting this month. <br />Board of Appeals - Mr. Amendola said there was no requirement for a meeting <br />this month. <br />Community Room - Mrs. Hanus said the.Committee is busy preparing for the <br />Village Garage Sale. She reminded.eve'ryone to look for items they would <br />like to get rid of to donate to the sale. She said everyone should receive <br />the flyer with the details shortly. The sale is April 9 and 10. <br />Firemens Dependents Fund - Mr. Etzler said they are presently discussing the <br />need for a Firemens Dependents Fund with.the Fire Chief and the Law Director. <br />Mr. Flynn questioned if a Firemens Dependents Fund was required by State Law. <br />Mr. Feneli explained State law mandates the existence of a Firemens Dependents <br />Fund if anyone on staff ineets the definition of a Volunteer Firefighter. Upon <br />reviewing this, he questioned the need for the Fund. <br />Mr. Etzler said the Village.does not have any volunteer f iref ighters. A <br />premium is pa.id annually. He will be investigating the matter further and <br />will report to Council at the next Council Meeting. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils - Mrs. Bloom said the meeting is this Wednesday <br />at 8:00 p.m. at Lyndhurst City Hall. All of Council is invited to attend <br />because the agenda is the sharing of ideas by all Council members. She <br />reported the meeting last month was a brunch. <br />Mr. Busa said Council received copies of last months minutes as well as the <br />agenda and urges all of Council to attend. <br />Cemetery - Mr. Etzler said the Committee has not met. <br />M.A.R.C. - Mr. Spellman said their next meeting will be held March 3rd. <br />Planning & Zoning - Mr. Carmen said Planning and Zoning met February 7th. <br />There was no business for discussion at that time.. They will be holding a <br />Workshop Meeting Thrusday, March 24. Representatives of Mr. DeBartolo and <br />McDonalds Corporation will be present to discuss the use of Mr. DeBartolo's <br />property. <br />Mr. Busa said probably a11 of Council was aware of discussion for a possible <br />McDonalds on Wilson Mills. <br />Recreation - Mrs. Bloom said the Recreation Committee met last Wednesday. <br />Softball registration is March 16.' The Easter Party is March 26. A couples <br />aerobics evening is planned for May. <br />? <br />?
