-46 <br />Mr. Carmen said the variance Council is anticipating to grant would allow <br />Mr. Paris to lease to anyone, subject to the same conditions and may not <br />necessarily be Hillcrest Hospital Foundation. <br />Mrs. Hanus questioned if appointments would be scheduled. <br />Mr. Leech and Mr. Johnstone said appointments would probably be scheduled as <br />it is most physicians customary procedure. <br />Mr. Busa stated that under no circumstances are abortions to be performed <br />within the complex, or in Mayfield Village. <br />Mr. Paris agreed to this. <br />Mr. Carmen, seconded by Mrs. B1oom, made a motion to accept the recommendation <br />of the Planning and Zoning Commission, as stated. <br />Mr. Busa asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mr. Flynn arrived at this time.
