54 <br />Proposed Amendment's.to .the P& Z Code - Mr. Amendola said he and Mr. Feneli <br />are still working on this project and hope to have it completed by the next <br />Council meeting.. <br />Contract Agreement with Cleveland House of Corrections - Chief Stevens said <br />we have not yet received a copy of the contract. <br />Mr. Feneli and Mr. Carmen will get a copy of the contract and will.bring the <br />matter up for discussion at that time. <br />Mr. Busa suggested that when a prisoner is held in our holding cell that all <br />of his possessions.be taken and that paper clothing garments be used. <br />Vehicle Fuel Quotes - Mr. Amendola is still researching this. He has applied <br />for a Shell credit card-, only to be used at the Wilson Mills/SOM Center Station. <br />The Department Heads and the Village mechanics prefer Shell Oil. He will <br />report the results at the next Council meeting. <br />NEW B.USINESS <br />Ordinance 83-8, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR CURRENT EXPENSES <br />AND OTHER EXPENDITUR.ES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO FOR THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY <br />l, 1983 20 DECEMBER 31, 1983,.AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor <br />Beebe and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Carmen, seconded by Mrs. Bloom, ma.de a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Mr. Busa asked if there was any discussion. ' <br />There was none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: A11 <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Etzler, seconded by Mrs. Bloom, made a motion to pass Ordinance 83-8. <br />Mr. Busa asked if there was any discussion. <br />There was none. <br />Roll Ca11: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Mrs. Bloom commended Mr. Toth for a job well done. <br /> <br /> <br />
