88 ? <br />Mr. Carmen, seconded by Mr. Etzler, inade a motion to pass Ordinance 83-12. <br />Mr. Busa asked if there was any discussion. <br />There was none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Ordinance 83-13, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND DIRECTOR OF <br />FINANCE TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE CITY OF CLEVELAND FOR WATER SERVICE <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by the Mayor and Counci-1 as a Who1e. <br />Mr. Etzler, seconded by Mr. Carmen, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Mr. Busa asked if there were any comments. <br />There were none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Carmen, seconded by Mr. Etzler, made a motion to pass Ordinance 83-13. <br />Mr. Busa asked if there was any discussion. <br />There was none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Ordinance 83-14, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 529.01, 529.02, <br />529.04, 529.06, 529.07, AND 529.09 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES, REPEALING <br />SECTION 529.07 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES AND DECLARING AN ErSERGENCY." <br />Introduced by the.Mayor and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Feneli explained this ordinance will bring the Mayfield Village ordinances <br />up to date with the Ohio Revised Code and also enact a new section, not in the <br />Ohio Revised Code. He explained the section which prohibits adults from <br />serving liquor to minors other than their own children. <br />Mrs. Bloom, seconded by Mr. Carmen, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />There were no comments.
