89 <br />Roll Cal1: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Bloom, seconded by Mr. Garmen, made a motion to pass Ordinance 83-14. <br />Mr. Busa asked if there was any discussion. <br />There was none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer:District Corife'rerice.- Mr. Hovancsek said he <br />will be attending the meeting to review the seminar on the S.S.E.S. study <br />for the Hilltop area on behalf of Mayfield Village. <br />Guerin Avery - Status Report - This will be discussed in• an Executive Session. <br />Discussion was held on whether Council should adjourn and reconvene as a Board <br />of Appeals to consider the Panzica variance. <br />Mr. Carmen, seconded by Mrs. Bloom, made a motion that Council adjourn and <br />reconvene as a Board of Appealsv <br />Mr. Busa asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mr. Busa commented that he felt all of Council should be present to consider <br />this variance. <br />Mrs. Hanus agreed with Mr. Busa. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Mrs. Bloom, Mr. Carmen, Mr. Etzler <br />NAYS: Mr. Busa, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Hanus <br />Due to the tie vote, Mayor Beebe was asked to cast his vote. <br />Mayor Beebe voted AYE. <br />Motion Carried <br />Council to adjourn into <br />a Board of Appeals Meeting <br />CLOSING COMMENTS <br />Mrs. Hanus said she now had copies of Wilma Rogers letter to her which she <br />passed out to Council at that time.
