"Beta Days" might <br />be one of the projects they could handle. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Auxiliary Police Unit - Mr. Busa said this presentation will not be made tonight. <br />Employee Wage Evaluation - Mr.. Busa,said he wanted to remind Council they were <br />to report their decision to the employees July lst. Council agreed this could <br />be discussed after the Monday, June 27 Finance Committee Meeting. <br />Industrial Park Sign Replacement - Mr. Amendola said he removed the remaining <br />letters and also cleaned the corner. He said Mro Paris is of the opinion an <br />easement was granted by the Village, making the maintenance of the Beta/SOM <br />gate and area the responsibility of the Village. He said he has not located <br />any correspondence on that matter to date. <br />Discussion was held. <br />The matter will be researched furthero Mr. Amendola said he will take care of <br />the corner if it is determined it is the Village's responsibility. <br />Repair and Paving of Roads as Suggested By the Engineer-- Mr. Hovancsek said <br />he submitted a letter suggesting certain repairs be included in the 1984 budget. <br />Sutton Insurance - Status Report - Mayor Beebe said Mr. Sutton should have a <br />report by August. <br />Assessment.Equalizatiori'Board:='Report - The Board does not yet have their <br />report prepared. <br />Ordinance 83-11, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 1173o07(a)(1)(c)AND <br />1183.05(23) OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, PERTAINING <br />TO.OFFSTREET PARKING REGULATIONS FOR OFFICE-LABORATORY DISTRICTS AND CORRECTING <br />THE OFF-STREET PARKING REGULATIONS FOR PRODUCTION-DISTRIBUTION DISTRICTS SO AS <br />TO HAVE THE TWO SECTIONS CONSISTENT, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY."
