95 <br />MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Village of Mayf ield <br />June 30, 1983 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in Special Session on Thursday, <br />June 30, 1983, at 7:05 p.m. in the Village Hall. Council President, Vince <br />J. Busa, presided. <br />Mr. Busa stated this meeting was called for the purpose of discussing and <br />finalizing the employee.wage situation as discussed previously. <br />Roll Call: Present: Messrs., Busa, Carmen, Etzler, Flynn, Spellma.n, Mrs. <br />Bloom, and Mrs. Hanus <br />Absent : None <br />A1so Present Were . Mayor Beebe, Steven Toth <br />ORDINANCE 83-15, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING TO EACH FULL-TIME Er1PLOYEE <br />OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE A SUPPLEMENTAL CHECK OF TWO AND ONE-IiALF PERCENT (2.5%) <br />OF THE BASE PAY FOR EACH SUCH FULL-TIP4E EMPLOYEE AS.ESTABLISIiED.:IN ORDINANCE <br />N0. 82-5, AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTO& OF F.INANCE TO INCLUDE SUCH CHECK WITH THE <br />SECOND REGULAR PAYROLL DISTRIBUTION IN JULY, 1983, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." <br />Introduced by Mayor Beebeand Council as a Whole.. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Spellma.n,.made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring an ordinance to be read-on three separate occasions. <br />Mr. Busa asked if there were any comments. <br />There were nonee <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Spellman, made a motion to pass Ordinance 83-15. <br />Mr. Busa asked if there was any discussion. <br />There was none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed
