116 <br />l. Starting with the calendar year'1984 an Escrow Account be.established <br />in which $500.00 is deposited each year, proportioned among the residents <br />as they feel proper, for the future maintenance of Beechers Brook Road. <br />2. Subject to a waiver of liability f.or village vehicles on that road. <br />The Village would be held harmless for damage to the road caused by <br />Village vehicles, as an example, if one of our snow plows chipped the <br />road. <br />Mr. $usa asked Council if they had any further discussion. <br />Mr. Feneli suggested that the Beechers Brook representatives be-asked for <br />their comments before a vote is taken. <br />Mr. Dan Reiber thanked Council for their proposal. He will discuss this <br />with the Beechers Brook residents as he feels approval from the group is <br />needed before accepting these conditions. <br />Mr. Busa and Mr. Carmen pointed out this motion is based on tfie two conditions. <br />If a decision not to accept these conditions should be made, we would have to <br />start all over again. <br />There were no. other comments from Council. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Approval Given <br />Mr. Busa asked Mr. Reiber to report their decision at the next Council Meeting. <br />Mr. Carmen suggested this be in a letter signed by the residents stating they <br />agree to the waiver and the Escrow Fund. The residents would not need to attend <br />another meeting to advise their decision. Mr. Feneli would then prepare a legal <br />document to be signed. <br />Council went into Executive Session at 8:07 p.m. <br />Council reconvened at 8:25 p.m. • <br />Mr. Carmen, seconded by Mrs. Bloom, made a motion to approve the expenditure of <br />$3,450.00 for the improvement of the lighting in.the Service garage area as <br />proposed by the Ace Electric Company. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Approved <br />Fli',' <br />I <br />I
