155 <br />Mr. Busa asked if there was any discussion. <br />There was none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Spellman, seconded by Mr. Etzler, made a motion to adopt Resolution 83-25. <br />Mr. Busa asked if there was any discussion. <br />There was none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Traffic Count - Beta/SOM - Mr. Hovancsek said he received the date from the <br />connt taken this summer. It indicates there.is not enough traffic to warrant <br />a signal at this time. Perhaps next year there will be enough to warrant a <br />signal. <br />Overtime.Study - Mr. Etzler said another meeting was necessary pertaining to <br />the Service Department. <br />Council agreed to hold this meeting Tuesday, October 25, at 7:00 p.m. They <br />would like Mr. Amendola to join them at 7:30 p.m. <br />CLOSING CONIMENTS <br />Mrs. Bloom said she received a letter from a Commission in the Village. She <br />feels they should be aware they cannot endorse any candidate and if they do, <br />they will not receive funding from the Village. <br />Mr. Carmen verified this. It is.unacceptable for any public body to endorse <br />a candidate if they are receiving public funds to operatea <br />Mr. Feneli agreed also. <br />Mr. Etzler suggested a meeting be arranged with the employee delegates to <br />finalize discussions on the wage ordinance for this year. <br />Council agreed this should be done. <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 10:15 p.m. <br />
