AND <br />INTERNATIONAL SALT C0. AS THE LOWEST AND BEST BIDDERS FOR THE SALE OF ROAD SALT TO THE MUNICIPALITY.AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Council <br />as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Hanus, seconded by Mr. Spellman, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions.
