1 5 <br />, <br />Roll Call: AYES: All • <br />NAYS: 'None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Spellman, seconded by Mr. Carmen, made a motion to adopt Resolution 83-23. <br />Mr. Busa asked if there was any discussion. <br />There was none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Resolution 83-24, entitled; "A RESOLUTION URGING GOVERNOR RICHARD CELESTE <br />TO ENACT REGULATIONS RELATING TO THE SHIPMENT OF HIGHLY IRRADIATED NUCLEAR <br />FUEL THROUGH THE STATE OF OHIO." Introduced by Mayor Beebe and Council. <br />Mrs. Hanus, seconded by Mr. Carmen, made a motion to adopt Resolution 83-24. <br />Mr. Busa asked if there was any discussion. <br />There was none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Mr. Busa noted that Mayor Beebe has supported the Proclamation for National <br />Lupus Week, October 16 through October 22. <br />Parkview Golf Course Purchase - Mr. Feneli said he has not received a reply <br />from Mr. Welty. • <br />Chief Stevens Suggestion - Ordinance on'Crime'Prevention - Mr. Feneli said he <br />received a copy of an Akron ordinance for this and suggested Council review <br />it at the next Caucus. <br />Status of Connelly and Schajatovic (Suicides) - Mr. Busa said there is nothing <br />new to report and this would be a matter for discussion in Executive Session. <br />Resolution 83-25, entitled; "A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING MORTON SALT C0. AND <br />INTERNATIONAL SALT C0. AS THE LOWEST AND BEST BIDDERS FOR THE SALE OF ROAD SALT TO THE MUNICIPALITY.AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Council <br />as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Hanus, seconded by Mr. Spellman, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions.
