15 <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None - Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Carmen, seconded by Mr. Etzler, made a motion to pass Ordinance 82-5. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None. Ordinance Passed <br />Resolution 82-6, entitled; "A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />AUDITOR TO ADVANCE TAXES FROM THE PROCEEDS OF TAX LEVIES AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by the Mayor and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Bloom, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Council President Spellman asked if there were any comments for discussion <br />regarding this resolution. <br />There were none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Council President Spellman, seconded by Mr. Carmen, made a motion to adopt <br />Resolution 82-6. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted _ <br />Council President Spellman stated there being no objections he will amend <br />the agenda to add legislation from Squires, Sanders and Dempsey concerning <br />financial matters which were discussed in Executive Session. <br />Resolution 82-7, entitled; "A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO <br />FURNISH HIS CERTIFICATE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SECTIONS 133.21 AND 133.24 OF <br />THE REVISED CODE OF OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by the <br />Mayor and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Carmen, seconded by Mr. Busa, made the motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />
