s? <br /> <br /> <br />D? <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Carmen, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to pass Ordinance 82-3. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Resolution $2-4, entitled; "A RESOLUTION OPPOSING THE USE OF THE <br />INTERNATIONAL SALT C0. MINES AT WHISKEY ISLAND FOR NUCLEAR WASTE <br />DISPOSAL TESTS". Introduced by the Mayor and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Nirs. Bloom, made a motion to adopt Resolution 82-4. <br />Council President Spellman stated this matter was brought to Councils <br />attention by Councilman Flynn. He asked if there were any comments for <br />discussion. <br />Mr. Flynn stated he would like a copy of this Resolution sent to Mr. <br />Hoehnen, a resident who has a.great interest in this. <br />Council President Spellman requested the Clerk of Council forward a copy <br />of this Resolution to Congress, also. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Ordinance 82-5, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING WAGES AND COMPENSATION <br />FOR EMPLOYEES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE FOR THE PERIOD COMMENCING JANUARY l, 1982 <br />AND THEREAFTER, REPEALING ORDINANCE NOS. 81-32, 81-55 AND SECTIONS 1 AND 2 <br />OF ORDINANCE N0. 81-21 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by the <br />Mayor and Council as a Whole. <br />Council President Spellman stated this ordinance reflects the.10% increase <br />for the Mayfield Village employees. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Bloom, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Council President Spellman asked if Council had any comments for discussion <br />regarding this ordinance. <br />There were none.
