28 <br />CONSIDERATION:OF.,MTNUTES <br />. <br />Regular Meeting'of Cbuncil`='January'18;'1982 - Council President Spellman <br />stated there being no objections, the minutes will stand as written. <br />Resolution re Drs. Matheis & Eadie <br />Council President Spellman stated he would like to proceed with the <br />Resolution Council received in their packet on Friday regarding the Special <br />Use permit to be granted to Dr. Matheis and Dr. Eadie for the conduct of a <br />dental practice at 865 SOM Center, formerly occupied by Dr. Season. He <br />stated Mr. Carmen and Mr. Feneli were present at this evenings Planning <br />and Zoning Meeting and some changes were made in the Resolution. <br />Mr. Carmen explained the situation to those present in the audience and <br />why this Resolution was needed. <br />Mr. Carmen then explained the changes made by Planning and Zoning to this <br />Resolution. He recommended that Council wait until they receive the <br />changed copy of the Resolution in their packet this Friday so they would <br />have time to review the changes and the resolution could be passed at the <br />Regular Meeting, Monday February 15. <br />Hurst Jaws <br />Council President Spellman stated the Hurst Jaws that were to be purchased <br />for the Fire Department for $4,200.00 (demonstrator model) were sold. He <br />asked for Councils approval of Hurst Jaws at the regular price of $4,800.00. <br />Mr. Carmen, seconded by Mrs. Bloom, made a motion to approve the purchase of <br />Hurst Jaws for the Fire Department in the amount of $4,800.00. <br />Council President Spellman asked if there were any questions regarding this. <br />There were none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Purchase Approved <br />(at higher price) <br />Regional Planning Invoice <br />Council P,resident Spellma.n stated Council received a bill from the Regional <br />Planning Commission several weeks ago in their packet, in the amount of <br />$536.55. He stated this bill has not been paid, that he and Mayor Beebe <br />had some doubts as to whether it should be paid. He said he does not <br />know what the Regional Planning Commission has done for Mayfield Village.
