<br />Mrs. Hazius stated she was in favor of keeping the districts the same as <br />they have always been. <br />Mr. Carmen said he does not feel we have a great deal in common with the <br />residents of Bay Village and Parma and we should not.have to expand our <br />boundaries to accomodate everyone. <br />Council President Spellman read Resolution 82-14. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br /> <br /> <br />CLOSING COMMENTS <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Mr. Hovancsek stated he.discussed the Wildwood, Aintree North litigation <br />matter regarding the pavement with Mr. Avery and he was told there will <br />be a pre-trial at the end of April. He said there will be depositions on. <br />that litigation so steps are being taken to resolve that problem. <br />Mr. Busa questioned if any plans have been made with Mr. Avery to discuss <br />litigations. <br />Council President Spellman stated Mr. Avery was scheduled to attend the <br />February 8 Caucus, but cancelled. He said he will schedule him for the <br />March Caucus. He stated the March Caucus will be a Special Meeting so <br />discussion can be held in Executive Session with Mr. Avery. <br />Mrs. Ruggles stated that Mr. Sutton will be present at the March 8 meeting <br />to present his portfolio for insurance for the Village which should be <br />complete at that time.
