<br />The other members of Council agreed with Mrs. Hanus also. <br />Council agreed to the following bond amounts and that Mr. Feneli should <br />prepare an ordinance. <br />Finance Director $50,000.00 Building Commissioner $10,000.00 <br />Assistant to Finance Director $25,000.00 President of Council $25,000.00 <br />Mayor $25,000.00 Police Chief and dispatchers to <br />be covered under the automatic <br />$5,000.00 amount. <br />Mr. Sutton asked how we wished his company to proceed regarding the advertising <br />of bids: <br />Mr. Feneli suggested an inventory be made to establish a value of contents for <br />each department and building. <br />Mr. Busa suggested the legal department look over the specif ications. <br />Mr. Sutton asked that these specif ications be kept in confidence. <br />There being no further questions for Mr. Sutton he concluded his presentation <br />at 9:25 p.m. <br />Consideration of Minutes <br />Regular Meeting of Februa'ry'15 - Mr. Busa stated he would like to make the <br />following corrections: <br />Page 1- last sentence; "Mr. Busa stated he felt this_should be an exception <br />to the rule" - add -"because this was a sanctioned project." <br />Page 2- 3rd paragraph, 2nd line -"asking is" - should read "asking if". <br />Page 4- 2nd to last line -"Mr. Feneli asked Congressman Regan" should read <br />"Congressman Eckart". <br />Page 5- Under Old Business, "Council President Spellman stated there was <br />anything" should read "Council President Spellman ask.ed if there was anything". <br />Mrs. Bloom stated on page 4, in the big paragraph - 5th line, should read "17 <br />seats" - not 17 states". <br />Council President Spellman stated there being no objections, the minutes will <br />stand as corrected. <br />Council President Spellman stated he would like to put Ordinance 82-13 on <br />second reading. <br />Council President Spellman stated other legislation to be considered includes <br />an ordinance amending Section l(c) of Ordinance 82-5, the wage ordinance.
