00.26 <br />Ordinance 82=25, . entitled; "AN ORDINANCE ENACTING.CHAPTER 105 OF THE <br />CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VTLLAGE, OHIO, PERTAINING TO REQUESTS <br />FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS, REPORTS AND RECORDSm" Introduced by <br />Mayor Robert G. Beebe. <br />Council President Spellman stated'if.there were no objections from Council, <br />he would like to place this ordinance on first reading, asking for comments <br />or discussion. <br />There were no comments. <br />Ordinance 82-25 given first reading. <br />Senior Citizen Commissiori P'roiect <br />Council President Spellman stated Mrs. Rita Mikula will give a report on <br />this project at_the Regular.Council Meeting of April 19. He asked Mrs. <br />Ruggles if funds would be available to start the project, cost to be <br />approximately $3,000 to $4,000.00. <br />Mrs. Ruggles stated unappropriated monies would be available for this <br />project. <br />Approval of Purchase Order'fo'r'C'&'S Sweeping <br />Mrs. Ruggles said she felt Council should be apprised of the purchase order <br />to C& S Sweeping in the amount of $750.00 for the sweeping of various <br />Village streets. She asked for Council's approval of this purchase order. <br />Council President Spellma.n, seconded by Mr. Busa, ma.de a motion to approve <br />the purchase order to.C & S Sweeping in the amount of $750.00. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Purchase Order Approved <br />Lyndhurst Municipal Court = Bill <br />Mrs. Ruggles stated she received a bill from the City of Lyndhurst in <br />regard to the Municipal Court jurisdiction, which explained.why there <br />was no allocation of funds for the cost of operation of the Lyndhurst <br />Municipal Court. She stated she received a bill in the amount of <br />$559.59 for the Village's portion of operation of the Lyndhurst Municipal <br />Court for the last six months. <br />Mr. Feneli advised Mrs. Ruggles not to pay the bill as he is working on <br />contesting it. He will advise her of the results in a week or so. <br />Council President Spellman stated this will be on the agenda under Old <br />Business next week. <br /> <br />J <br />
