86
Mrs. Bloom stated she could..see a.problem could arise if this is done for
one, how it could be refused for another.
Mr. Busa asked Mr. Gross if he would concede to having the first day of
the sale limited to the women of Mayfield Village only.
Mr. Gross stated that was a reasonable request and he would be happy to
comply.
Mr. Carmen had no comment:
Council President Spellma.n stated he was in f.avor of the.Special Use.
Permit for Mr. Gross.
Mr. Etzler stated he would not be willing to vote in opposition of the
decision by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Mr. Flynn stated he must also go along with the Planning and Zoning
Commission.
Mr.s. Hanus stated she would be in favor of the issuance of a Special Use
Permit on a trial basis, for one or two days.
Mr. Busa suggested the permit be granted under the conditions stated above,
for the balance of the year, on a trial basis, for three.days, the first
day exclusively to Mayfield Village women.
Mr. Carmen stated since the request to the Planning and Zoning Commission
was very general, they should discuss the issuance of a Special Use Permit
and make their recommendation to Council.
Council President Spellma.n stated due to new things Council has been made
aware of, he suggests that Mr. Gross contact the Planning and Zoning
Commission with his request.
Mr. Gross asked if he could work with the Law Director to make the proper
request. This will be allowed.
There being no objections the meeting adjourned at 8:25 p.m.

MAYOR, ERT G. BEEBE
CLERK OF COUNCIL, EL0 E W. MAYNARD
